I've always been an introvert. So when I went to Camp Misty Meadows with a friend the summer after my third grade year and we had the opportunity to sign up for elective activities, I mostly just picked what my friend picked. Horse riding and care, sign language, swimming. Don't get me wrong, I ended up really enjoying all those programs and was thankful to have a friend with me as a buffer.
But there was one class I just HAD to take. And she wasn't interested. So I took a deep breath and signed my name up for photography. We learned about our cameras and film (yes I'm that many years old) and the rule of thirds and we even got to choose one photo to develop. I was hooked.

I am a natural-light lifestyle photographer and specialize in newborn, family and senior lifestyle photography in Houston, TX. I love to capture the connection between you and those you love most. The way your new baby looks up at you because you’re their whole world, the way your family fits perfectly together when you snuggle, the way your partner looks at you because their love has only grown over the years. These times are fleeting and I want to help you remember every bit of it!
I'm a wife to my wonderful husband Clay and a mother of three amazing little ones (Warren - 9, Austin - 6, and Lila - 3) and dog mom to Dodger, our 100lb. Labradoodle who thinks he's a lapdog. I love reading and cross stitching and I'm on a mission to save the monarchs one caterpillar at a time.
